Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to handle Training and Recruitment. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting both our company-wide learning and development programs and our end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for helping others grow and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

  • Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and execution of internal training programs, and workshops.
  • Support the development and updating of training materials, presentations, and resources. May be asked to conduct training from time to time.
  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Support general talent management initiatives, such as performance review cycle logistics; planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and processing requirements of offboarding employees.
