Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to HR team in various projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Working Conditions: Mondays-Saturdays 8:00AM-5:00PM.
