Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to HR team in various projects.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
