Join Filinvest Development Corp. as an HR Associate supporting competency-based HR systems and HR policy development.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in maintaining and updating core, leadership, and functional competency frameworks.
- Coordinate competency development, revision, and mapping activities with BU HR Heads.
- Support integration of competencies into talent processes such as performance management, L&D, succession planning, and talent review.
- Facilitate distribution, collection, and consolidation of competency assessment results.
- Maintain competency databases and ensure accurate data encoding.
- Maintain SOPs, templates, and guidelines for competency‑related activities.
- Track progress of initiatives and provide administrative support to OD projects.
