Join Filinvest Development Corp. as an HR Associate supporting competency-based HR systems and HR policy development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating core, leadership, and functional competency frameworks.
  • Coordinate competency development, revision, and mapping activities with BU HR Heads.
  • Support integration of competencies into talent processes such as performance management, L&D, succession planning, and talent review.
  • Facilitate distribution, collection, and consolidation of competency assessment results.
  • Maintain competency databases and ensure accurate data encoding.
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and guidelines for competency‑related activities.
  • Track progress of initiatives and provide administrative support to OD projects.
