Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or related role •Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and client management skills
High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability
Business acumen with sound commercial and financial awareness
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative HR solutions Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


  • Deliver HR consulting projects to clients.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project reports and documentation.

  • Actively generate new business leads.

  • Develop and pitch proposals to potential clients and support tender bidding processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and client retention.

  • Manage expectations and serve as a key point of contact for all client-related engagements

  • Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt recovery of payments for executed projects.

  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative HR strategies and solutions.

  • Conduct market and industry research to support consulting initiatives.

  • Assist in the management and updating of the Human Resource consultancy job portal to support operations
