Job Description & Requirements

  • Support onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
  • Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
  • Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
  • Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
  • Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting
  • HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system
  • Manages day - day operations issues I.e. Blue Collars Workers (Operators)
  • Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
