Supports the HR team in delivering efficient and compliant HR services across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and administrative functions.


Job Description & Requirements


+ Support onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities

+ Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters

+ Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators

+ Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement

+ Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting

+ HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system

+ Manages day - day operations issues I.e. Blue Collars Workers (Operators)

+ Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
