Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Darwinbox, overseeing employee data management, updates, and system troubleshooting.
  • Provide training and support on Darwinbox functionalities to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and prepare reports on metrics such as turnover, recruitment, training impact, and diversity.
  • Provide recommendations to improve HR processes based on data analysis.
  • Support HR leaders in special projects, including policy development, process improvements, and HR audits.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations on HR topics.
  • Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
