HR Associate (Workday)

Overview

Representing a global services provider, we are proud to be leading the search for an HR Systems Associate. This newly created role will support and enhance Workday functionality across a complex, multi-country workforce. This role is open in Manhattan and Montreal.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence process design, improve system performance, and drive global HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the full lifecycle of Workday projects, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, implementation, and post-launch maintenance
• Troubleshooting Workday configuration issues and resolving root causes in a timely manner
• Ensuring Workday benefits and absence configurations comply with regulatory requirements
