Job Description
This is an exciting role that will offer opportunity to grow and learn within our Human Resources and Total Rewards Administration space. This individual will be tasked with multiple assignments regarding processes that operate and execute our Rewards Offers.

Assist with responding to inquiries from employees and partnering with our vendors to resolve them
Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
Operate and administer our benefit offers
Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data
Provide administrative support to our Rewards Specialist team members
Opportunity to learn and support in the administration of Rewards offers across North and South America.
Hybrid scheme (1 day a week at Rojo Gómez Plant)
Location: Planta Rojo Gómez, Iztapalapa.
