Job Description
The HR Benefits Operations Analyst (C09) is an individual contributor responsible for execution of employee benefits operations, including processing, reconciliations, vendor invoice management, accounting support, statutory benefits, and employee query handling, in line with defined SOPs and controls.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Process salary reimbursements, gratuity, superannuation, pension, EPFO and other statutory benefits as per policies and statutory requirements (maker role).
+ Perform headcount and benefits reconciliations across HR, payroll, benefits and finance systems.
+ Manage vendor invoices end-to-end, including validation, accruals, reclassifications, and amortization before submission for payment.
+ Support book-keeping and accounting activities related to payroll and benefits expenses.
+ Handle employee and statutory benefit queries, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
