HR BI Analyst – Power BI & Data Analytics

We are looking for a BI Analyst with experience in Power BI and data analytics, focused on automating reports and transforming data into business insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Development and automation of dashboards in Power BI.
  • Data modeling and analysis from backend to frontend.
  • Queries and data management in SQL Server.
  • Supporting decision-making with a strategic and business-oriented vision.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and business-oriented profile.


Plus

  • Dashboard portfolio.
  • Microsoft certifications / knowledge of Azure.
