We are seeking a dynamic and solution‑oriented HR Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for all global employee‑related matters within our local organization in Brazil. Employee Relations / HR Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries including vacation, sick leave, benefits, and general HR matters
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees
- Coordinate promotions and handle termination procedures professionally and in compliance with regulations
- Administer all local HR processes including contract management, insurance topics, and legal requirements (vacation management, time attendance, etc.)
