We are looking for a Brands Talent Acquisition Graduate to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. This program will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a primary focus on graduate recruitment. • Graduate Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate roles. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
