This is a business-critical, time-bound role providing end-to-end HR support through complex organisational change, including restructures, redundancy consultations, promotions, demotions, and redeployment.Working closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and the Operations Director, you will play a key role in delivering a fair, compliant, and well-managed transformation programme that aligns the organisation’s operating model with its future growth strategy. This role will suit a confident, commercially aware HR professional with strong operational experience and the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
