This is a highly visible, relationship driven role where you will service the full employee lifecycle, from talent attraction to on-boarding, employee relations and performance management. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and contribute to a positive, high-performing and values led environment.
Your key responsibilities
As part of our on-site team you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to school leadership, academic staff and professional services teams delivering practical, commercially sound HR advice
- Provide end to end HR services, including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Talent attraction, onboarding and workforce planning
- Learning development and talent management
- Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
