What you will do
As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Product and Engineering teams in Spain and Belgium. You will act as a key operational & tactical partner for the business, collaborating closely with the Senior HRBP to translate strategy into action. Your role will be to implement key people initiatives, facilitate organizational development, and consult with managers and employees to drive performance and engagement. You will be a crucial link in our Talent Enablement team, ensuring our product and engineering teams are set up for success.

- Develop and roll out HR policies and people programs that support our business objectives.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing expert guidance on people management, team development, and performance.
- Help business leaders to coordinate key human resources initiatives, including training, employee feedback, and internal mobility.
