Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management.

Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends.

  •  Facilitates Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback as per company standards.

    Design and execute the employee engagement framework (including employee townhall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, ) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity.

    Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication; grievance handling; counseling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.
