Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Plant Partnership: Acts as a key member of the plant leadership team, translating business objectives into effective people strategies and providing high-level recommendations that impact operational success.
  • Labor & Employee Relations Leadership: Leads and manages all labor relations activities, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and the maintenance of a stable industrial relations climate.
