Job Description

**Job purpose**

The main responsibility of this position is to consult, advice and coach on people management and organizational needs to ensure alignment of human capital with business strategy. This position is consultative, influential and will require strong collaboration with other HR team members and client groups.

**Duties and responsibilities**

+ Provide advice and guidance to Client Groups on a wide range of issues relating to staffing, people management, terminations, employee relations, investigations, disability management, policy interpretation, etc. Advise and guide within the context of legal implications, potential risks, overall HR strategy, implications on policies and practices while mitigating and minimizing risk.
+ Manage relationship, headcount and budget with temporary staffing service providers.
