HR Business Partner - Contract

Our multinational Technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner for a contract up to the end of July . The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting business leaders for a wide range of HR topics across EMEA & LATAM. You will be responsible for implementation of HR strategy aligned with business priorities, providing business partnership support. Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

·Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders 

·Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems 

·Lead the change management processes

·Coaching and implementation of management development programs 

·Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions 

·Partner with HR business partners and centres of excellence 

·Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
