HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Capability team as a trusted advisor to our Operations division. You will partner with a group of experienced senior leaders and their teams at six sites across QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. This role offers exposure to a diverse workforce of salaried employees covered by three Enterprise Agreements, providing genuine breadth across IR, ER, investigations, change and strategic HR partnering.

This is not a sole HR role. While you will have much autonomy in your role, you will be equally supported by the HR Manager Operations, who will actively support your development and career growth, ensuring you are both challenged and supported as you progress.
