We are searching for an HR Business Partner to join an industry-leading construction business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a nationwide restructuring programme. The role is based in modern offices in central Birmingham City Centre, with occasional travel across the UK.This is an opportunity to make the role your own. We are looking for a confident, commercially aware HR professional who can take the lead on a large-scale restructuring programme across the UK.The Role

Lead and deliver restructuring activities, including redundancy, redeployment, and internal role changes.

Plan and support meetings with managers and employees, from initial briefings through to formal consultation processes.

Draft letters, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
