Job Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations for Skylok Aviation, supporting organisational growth while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, aviation regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical aviation roles
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc., as applicable)
  • Support DGCA-related documentation and background verification for nominated post holders
