HR Business Partner is responsible to drive the people and communications agenda for KONE Business Services in India and Malaysia. The role enables business performance by aligning HR priorities with KONE's business needs.

The role reports to HR Director and serves as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership teams while contributing actively to service delivery.
