Maintaining and auditing Personnel files
Addressing employee queries and providing necessary support.
Manage Employee onboarding, HR induction & Employee orientation program
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and workforce needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives
Support managers in complex employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
Support talent management processes including talent reviews and employee development.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR specialties to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights that shape people strategies and drive informed decision-making.
**Candidate skills & requirements**
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive matters.
