As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business and HR objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. A successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP may include international Human Resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid- range plans, its culture and its competition. The HRBP is capable of performing these functions in a semi-autonomous manner working across the organization and within Human Resources to achieve the required and desired outcome.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in the assigned business unit.

  • Align HR initiatives with business goals and proactively support organizational changes.

  • Lead and execute key HR processes such as performance management, organizational development, leadership development, and succession planning.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation, expatriate/overseas assignments, and HR policies.

  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Identify HR risks, propose solutions, and implement improvements.

  • Partner with managers to address workforce needs and support talent development.

  • Execute the HR calendar and coordinate HR programs from a local perspective.

  • Lead small HR projects and collaborate closely with HR specialists and business stakeholders.

  • What Do We Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience.

  • Strong business understanding and ability to build trusted relationships with leaders.

  • Ability to work independently, provide professional HR advice, and influence stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills, including business-level English (written & verbal).

  • Solid Excel skills and experience with Workday HRIS.

  • Capability to drive performance improvements, support change initiatives, and offer practical HR solutions.

  • Flexibility, professionalism, and a strong customer-focused attitude toward managers and employees.
