Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and operational support to business leaders and employees. The role partners closely with management to drive performance, engagement, and compliance while ensuring alignment with Smart Outsourcing Solution’s values and people strategy. The HRBP provides expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
