Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters, providing guidance on organizational strategies including organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and development
  • Lead and continuously improve performance management and goal-setting processes , focusing on business needs rather than rigid frameworks
  • Partner with leaders to deeply understand the structure and dynamics of the business unit, supporting workforce planning and budgeting processes , including active participation in budget planning discussions
