Description of Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the recruitment of functional personnel, technical personnel and production personnel;2. Responsible for the handling of human resources procedures for employees, including entry, resignation, transfer,etc.;3. Responsible for the investigation and prevention of human resources risks in the factory according to local laws and regulations.4. Other tasks assigned by the leader, including the solution of employees' accommodation, transportation and other problems.
Job requirements:1. Fluent in English and Spanish, listening, speaking, reading and writing;2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant experience in factory human resources;3. Proactive, result-oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure;4. Willing to learn and learn quickly, strong motivation for self-development;
