Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate/Mumbai location.
  • Drive talent management, manpower planning, and support recruitment activities for key roles.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, goal-setting, competency mapping & career development.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Partner with plant HR teams for coordination, HR governance, and standardized policies.
  • Support L&D initiatives—training need analysis, leadership development & capability building.
  • Drive HR analytics, dashboards, headcount reporting & data-driven HR decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, HR audits & statutory requirements.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and HR transformation projects.
  • Strengthen HR processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, talent management & ER practices.
  • Experience working with manufacturing setups preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence leaders.

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR with 10+ years of experience .
