About the Role
CloudSculpts is a growing SAP SuccessFactors consulting and services business with delivery teams in the UK and India. As we scale our India operations, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner & Office Manager to act as the central point of contact for all people-related and office operations in our Mohali office.
This is a hands-on role combining HR operations, employee support, and office management , working closely with UK leadership to ensure consistent people practices, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer administration
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Support performance management processes in coordination with UK leadership
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with external payroll providers
- Manage attendance, holiday, sick leave, and absence tracking
- Ensure payroll accuracy related to leave, sickness, and statutory requirements
- Support pay-related queries in line with company policy
HR Systems & Compliance
- Own and administer HR systems (preferably Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms)
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with Indian employment laws and internal policies
- Support policy creation, updates, and communication to employees
Office Management & Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations in Mohali
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, supplies, and office administration
- Organise team events, engagement activities, and internal initiatives
- Support a positive, collaborative office culture
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff across India delivery teams
- Liaise with UK leadership on people matters, escalations, and reporting
- Support internal communications related to HR and office matters
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or office management roles
- Strong working knowledge of Indian employment law, payroll processes, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Zoho People , Darwinbox, BambooHR, or similar
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Comfortable working UK business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT consulting, professional services, or technology environments
- Experience supporting distributed or international teams
- HR certification or formal HR qualification
