Job Description

The HR Business Partner provides strategic partnership, technical expertise, and supervision of transactional support on the management of human resources, and development of appropriate HR interventions and strategies for the assigned district/division to support business objectives, resulting to achievement of organizational strength.

Strategic Human Resource Management

  • Collaborates with district/division leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals, equips key personnel with tools and knowledge for consistent HR strategy execution, and ensures smooth transitions during change initiatives through structured planning and communication.
  • Evaluates HR program impact and cost-effectiveness, oversees third-party service delivery, supervises team performance and budgeting, and drives continuous improvement in HR processes to support organizational capability and business growth.
