Job Description

The HR Business Partner supports the organization through the design and implementation of HR programs and solutions, aligned with the strategic business goals.

  • Implement strategic programs and initiatives of the assigned account/ organizational unit and relate its contribution to the overall business plans of the company.
  • Develop manpower strategy and resourcing plan.
  • Provide inputs and recommendations to the corporate workforce planning.
  • Understand organization's HR needs and co-develop solutions and interventions with Centers of Excellence.
  • Design and conduct organization restructuring programs, and change management practices.
  • Develop talent management strategy and identifies interventions.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support in employee movements, payroll and benefits administration, and other HR core programs.
