The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the business, managing key aspects of the contractor/employee lifecycle while providing expert guidance on people‑related matters. This role contributes to the development and implementation of effective people practices, supports data‑driven decision‑making and supports initiatives that enhance both operational efficiency and overall contractor experience.
