Job Description
The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point with employees, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site. He/she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.
Onboarding and Offboarding Operations
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.
Employee-related services & Benefits
- Handle the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
