You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on HR expert across our operational network, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and values-driven culture.
The role:
- Partner with senior and operational leaders to align workforce capability with evolving business priorities.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, performance enablement, and targeted development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations.
