Job Description

The HRBP is the “mini-CHRO of the BU” who champions the people and organization agenda in close partnership with the Business Unit Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Analytics & Insighting: Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify trends/actionable people insights specific to BU. Ensure people/org decisions are based on data.
• People & Organization Strategy Creation: Translate business strategy to people and org strategy. Design roadmap to ensure delivery & effectiveness of end-to-end people and organization strategy across key touchpoints in the employee journey.
