Job Description

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Must reside in or around Tema, Ashaiman, or Michel Camp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise management on employee relations, policies, and performance management.




  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.




  • Drive employee engagement and organizational culture development.




  • Work with management to identify training and development needs.




  • Handle HR data, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
