Role/Designation: HR Business Partner Employment Type: Full-time (work from office) Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong inclination towards employee engagement and Learning & Development (L&D).


This role requires an individual who thrives on collaboration, communicates with clarity and empathy, and acts as a trusted partner to business leaders while enhancing employee experience.


Qualification & Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to engagement and learning initiatives.


Experience working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams.


Exposure to fast-paced or growth-oriented environments is preferred.


Male candidates preferred, in line with role and team requirements.
