The HR Business Partner will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the alignment and integration of Integrated Work System (IWS) methodologies into core P&C processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Ensure all P&C strategies are directly aligned with factory and business priorities to maximize organizational agility, performance, and engagement.
  • Oversee and enhance the end-to-end employee experience (recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives), specifically tailored for our industry.
