Responsibilities
- In partnership with HR stakeholders, craft change management communications that drive understanding, adoption, and positive associate outcomes for key HR initiatives.
- Create EVP-aligned, compelling content and stories to be distributed across enterprise channels, such as email, newsletters, digital displays, and the intranet
- Advocate for the associate experience by proposing creative, modern solutions that simplify and clarify HR programs.
- Lead the communications strategy and execution for HR Business Partners, overseeing communication methods, managing flow of communications and counseling various stakeholders on effective communication methods
- Ideate and support activities to build engagement and culture within the HR team, including HR team events, recognition programs, learning and development opportunities, etc.
