About the Role

HR & Communications Trainee – a full‑time internship based in Viladecans, Catalonia, Spain. You will support HR Business Partners and Internal Communications across the organisation, contributing to employee experience, communication initiatives, and day‑to‑day HR coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish internal communication content such as newsletters, announcements, corporate messages, campaign and event communications.
• Support the development of communication materials – presentations, visuals, key messages and templates.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels.
• Collaborate on strategies to increase employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging.
