HR Compensation & Project Manager

Your tasks

• The HR Compensation and Project Manager provides professional compensation, analytical and strategic support for the maintenance and development of compensation, benefits and management information.
• Assist with the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs, including the annual bonus and long-term incentive plans
• Understand and support Basilea's compensation philosophy and processes, ensuring tight alignment of specific compensation decisions
• Participate in and support personnel budgeting, annual salary increase, annual bonus allocation and performance management processes
• Prepare and submit data for third party compensation surveys, and use the acquired survey results to benchmark Basilea's competitive position in the market
