POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Compliance Analyst is a remote offshore role supporting labor law compliance and background screening processes for our North American workforce. This individual ensures adherence to employment standards across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, while also coordinating background checks and credentialing for safety-sensitive and regulated roles.

This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong judgment on compliance nuances, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying potential risks, confident in interpreting regulatory requirements, and experienced in working with HR, legal, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure both speed and compliance in onboarding workflows.
