About the Role

As the HR Compliance EMEA Program Manager you will:

  • Manage HR compliance related projects for the EMEA region including gender pay gap reporting, time tracking, policy development, and labour audit responses

  • Independently translate legal obligations into compliant deliverables, keeping your finger on the pulse of the ever evolving labour and compliance landscape in the region

  • Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders 

  • Provide guidance to HR project teams to ensure new EMEA programs align with compliance requirements

  • Ensure appropriate documentation, interpretation, and communication to EMEA regional leaders regarding the implementation of various compliance plans

  • In partnership with our HR Analytics team, analyze, refine, and present data to the EMEA regional HR leadership team regarding compliance efforts & progress

  • About You

  • You're knowledgeable in EMEA HR Compliance related requirements - You’ve supported Gender Pay Gap reporting work before. You know what GDPR and BDESE stands for without having to look them up. An external labor audit doesn’t scare you.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years experience developing and implementing HR compliance programs & efforts such as gender pay gap reporting, disability quotas, employee handbooks, and time tracking solutions, as well as labor audit responses

  • EMEA wide HR and labor compliance knowledge

  • Experience working on regional, enterprise-wide HR projects that involve multiple and distinct teams across geographies/time zones

  • Other Qualifications:

  • Robust project management skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Hands on experience with Workday’s HCM and Recruit functionalities

  • Experience with the “Design Thinking” iterative process/methodology

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment for technology changes

  • Multi-lingual preferred

    Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
