The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming HR data into powerful business insights?

We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical HR Consultant to join our consulting team, with a focus on Reporting & Analytics. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead and support a variety of data-driven projects across a diverse client base. You’ll collaborate with HR leaders to design, implement, and enhance reporting solutions that inform strategic workforce decisions and create real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their HR data needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (HRIS, ATS, payroll, surveys, etc.)
  • Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and custom reports
  • Analyze HR data across domains such as talent acquisition, turnover, compensation, etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies and operational efficiency
  • Support change management and training for client teams adopting new reporting tools or processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to standardize methodologies and share best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with SAP People Analytics and SuccessFactors Story Reports
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data analysis techniques
  • Understanding of workforce planning or predictive analytics
  • Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.
