Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments for the DL recruiting team to support candidate evaluation and selection. Assist candidates with the application process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Complete I 9 verification for new hires in compliance with federal requirements. Provide support to the preboarding team as needed, including coordinating and managing candidate onboarding activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, regularly exchanging information of moderate importance, including matters of a sensitive nature. Respond to complex, functional inquiries that may require additional research, analysis, and follow-up.
