**About the role**



As an **HRSS Coordinator – SME HR Operations** , you will make an impact by managing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from hire to exit, within Cognizant’s HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. You will be a valued member of the HRSS team and work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR operations.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Deliver multilingual support and provide administrative assistance for HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

+ Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruitment, Immigration, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

+ Maintain SLAs, SOPs, and trackers while driving process efficiency and timely, accurate HR operations.

+ Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
