We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the HR function. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process (contracts, orientation checklists, system setup).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS.
  • Prepare standard HR letters (employment verification, probation confirmation, policy sign-offs).
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer letter preparation.
  • Track vacation, sick, and floater days.
